Congratulations on your engagement! Please carefully review this bridal contract and if you would like to book, complete and submit both pages of this contract with a non-refundable, non-transferable retainer of £500 to save your date and required flights to be booked by the client as well as the hotel (same as where the bride is staying - not a separate location for timing reasons). This £500 is put towards the remaining balance on the day of the event and the complete balance for your wedding party will be due on the same day. All costs for travel are to be paid by the client. Costs may include but are not limited to airfare, hotel (3-6 nights depending on destination), transportation to and from the airport in the departing and destination city, parking in the departing and destination city, per diem for meals if not all-inclusive, per diem for days traveling and all taxes
